1. What is my username?

Your username is a unique e-mail address that you provide to us. Please select an e-mail address that you will remember, like the one associated with your practice. Please note that the e-mail address cannot be used for multiple accounts, as it is a unique identifier in the system.

2. I have not registered for AMOadvantage.com, but I previously registered for another AMO Web site such as www.IntraLaseGlobalTraining.com, or www.MyIntraLase.com. Should I register as a new user?

No. The username you previously provided is already linked to your practice profile in our database. Please enter that username on the homepage, then click the link for "Forgot your password?" You will receive a new password via e-mail for access to this site.

3. What if I don’t remember the username (e-mail address) that I previously provided?

Click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page. Please note that it is important to include your first and last name so that we can query the database before we email/call you back.

4. I am trying to register as a new user, but when I provide my username, I get a message that my username already exists. Why?

You may have previously used that username for one of AMO's former Web sites, in which case it already exists in our database. For access to this site, enter your username (e-mail address) on the homepage, then request a new password using the link for "Forgot your password?" Once you receive your new password, be sure to change it immediately to something memorable by clicking on "View Profile". All passwords need to be four or more characters and are case sensitive.
